Payments The Water Department allows automatic bank draft for easier payment of your monthly water/sewer bill. The monthly automatic bank draft can be done by opening this file (In word pad format) and fill out all the information. Then send the form to the Mountain Home Water Department address below. Automatic Bank Draft form The Water Department Main Office is located in the City Hall Building at 720 South Hickory, is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., except on holidays.
After Hours A drop box is provided for payments after hours, the box is open 24/7 and is located at the old drive thru window. Envelopes are provided for your convenience. Please do not place cash in the drop box - as we will not be responsible for cash placed in the box. Check or money order only.
