The Governor's daily press conferences continue to stress that we must enact any and all legal COVID-19 mitigation measures.  As the current situation continues to develop and change, the City of Mountain Home, and Mountain Home Parks & Recreation, remains committed to the safety and well-being of our community and its residents.  As a result of the measures that have been put into place the MHP&R 2020 Youth Softball and Baseball season has been postponed.  This is not a decision we have taken lightly, but the health and safety of our community and its residents is our highest priority.  It is our hope that we will eventually be able to proceed with a 2020 Youth Softball and Baseball season, however as of now we are on hold to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  We have exhausted hours discussing this topic and are trying our best to ensure that we can proceed in a safe and healthy manner.  However, if it is eventually determined that we are not able to progress with a 2020 season, then the City of Mountain Home will refund the registration fee for each participant.
