PRESS RELEASE FROM MAYOR'S OFFICE - CITY OF MOUNTAIN HOME

Mountain Home Parks and Recreation Department will reopen restrooms, pavilions, and playgrounds on Friday, May 15th. Information about youth and team sports will be announced in mid to late May in accordance with Governor Hutchinson's directive.

The following City Offices are open to the public:

Governor Hutchinson extended the state of emergency declaration for 45 more days. Due to that extension, the Mountain Home Police Department will continue their grocery pickup for citizens over the age of 65 that live inside the city limits of Mountain Home.

The Building Inspection office will begin issuing garage sale permits. People conducting a garage sale will be asked to insure proper distancing. The Arkansas Department of Health's Directive will be provided upon obtaining a permit.

Our goal is to provide services to the citizens of Mountain Home. For your safety and for the safety of the ones around you, please continue to social distance, wear masks, wash your hands often with soap or sanitizer, and disinfect frequently used items and surfaces.
