Please note that a non-refundable 3.50% convenience fee will be added to your transaction and will appear as a separate line item on your bank account or credit card statement (Minimum Fee: $2.95).

If you prefer to pay by check, please click the link to your sport of choice, print and mail the form and your check to 1101 Spring Street, Mountain Home, AR 72653. Make check payable to MHPR. Or you can come in person to the Youth Center and pay with cash or check.
Program Information:
The Little Ballers program is for kids ages 3 and 4 years. The first 2 weeks we will cover Volleyball and the last two weeks we will cover Basketball.
There are 3 time slots that will be offered. Each time slot has a limit of 10 kids max.
Time slot options: when signing up after hours, we will do our best to update on what is open/closed. However, if you are signing up after 4:00pm Monday-Friday, and it turns out the time slot is not available, we will give you a call. Spots are on a first come first serve bases.
Mondays: 12:30-1:30pm CLOSED
